IT SUPPORT HELPDESK

Requirement :

-          Max 35 years old

-          Preferably experiences at least 2 year in a same field

-          Good computer literature and skills

-          Bachelor degree IT from reputable university

-          Good commad in English and computer literacy

-          Hard working / ready to work office hour / good integrity initiative and                 highly motivated

-          Good analytical thinking /creative and able to work under pressure

-          Has experience in networking, server, troubleshooting, software

-          Can solve the problem of computer hardware and software

Jobs dec :

-          Monitor and maintain the computer system, applications and networks

-          Install and configure computer systems and applications

-          Diagnose hardware / software problem and provide analysis

-          Support the roll-out of new systems and applications

-          Perform the creation or updates of users accounts and profiles

-          Coordinate with third parties or others internal IT resources whenever                 necessary to solve technical, application or network issues

-          Maintenance entire IT infrastructure for corporate purposes
