DO YOU  HAVE SIZE IN YOUR CLOTHES?

We only have ALL SIZE for clothes. So please do check the measurement before your purchase.

 

 WILL YOUR SOLD OUT COLLECTIONS BE BACK IN STOCK?

If you like our collections that is stated sold out, please do check our web the day after to see wether we have restocked the items. Or you can call our Customer Service for more info.

 

 DO I NEED TO SIGN UP AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

Yes. Signing up an account will make you shop easier. Because we will record your info and address, you do not have to fill in your info again because we have saved them in our system. You can also track your order if you sign up an account. 

 

 DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS PAYMENT?

Yes, you can pay using your Credit Card (Visa & Master) via Veritrans, trusted payment platform

 

CAN I PURCHASE FROM OVERSEAS?

Yes, we do ship overseas by EMS

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can not cancel your order after payment.

 

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I SUBMIT AN ORDER?

Unfortunately you can’t. You will need to place a new order if you want to purchase other items.

 

WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Maximum payment for an order is 2x24 hours after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

 

CAN I GET MY ORDER EARLIER THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Unfortunately you can't. Because we need time to check your payment, quality control and pack your order. Also it will take 2-3 days for domestic shipping and 5-10 days for international shipping.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can sign in and view your order history and status in my account.

 

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I'VE COMPLETED MY PAYMENT BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AFTER OVER THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Please do not forget to confirm your payment through the website after completing the payment. If you haven't confirmed until the time limit, then your order will be canceled.
